1. Develop new and update existing occupational skills programs that can be taught to at-risk youth.
2. Seek new funding sources (grants) and comply with grant applications requirements, as defined.
3. Maintain and expand the operations of National Bricks-n-Books Project, Inc., as it works to develop new programs to serve at-risk youth nationwide, and
4. Launch of Bricks-n-Books Projects in local communities through Affiliate community-based organizations (CBO), nationwide.
National Bricks-n-Books Project, Inc. is currently seeking contributions to fund the staging of its Bricks-n-Books Development and Training Facility. It will be through this facility that new programs will be developed and proven before being deployed nationally in partnership with local affiliates.
National Bricks-n-Books Project is currently seeking contributions that will enable it to respond to grant opportunities now being made available by the Department of Labor related to the Amercan Recovery and Reinvestment Act (the Recovery Act).
