On February 12, 2010, Senator Malone reaffirms his support of the Bricks-n-Books Project USVI..

August 20, 2009, Sam Harrell met with Arizona Congressman Grijalva to discuss the deployment of Bricks-n-Books Project in Pima County Arizona.  The meeting resulted in a commitment from the Congressman to introduce Bricks-n-Books Project to a number of local non-profits that he feels will likely find the program worthy of their involvement.

May 2009, National Bricks-n-Books Project contracted with grant writing professionals to seek funding opportunities through grants that may be available through various sources, including Federal agencies.

Congress Delegate Donna M. Christensen endorses Bricks-n-Books USVI
  
On february 12, 2010, Congresswoman Christensen says, with Bricks-n-Books Project "... you will also build your future and our community's future -- bricks buy brick and book by book."

Senator Shawn M. Malone supports the Bricks-n-Books USVI Project
   On December 17, 2009, Sam Harrell met with Sen. Malone and received his commitment to introduce Bricks-n-Books to local community leaders, including educators and the Department of Labor and others.

New Image Foundation



 December 16, 2009, Sam met with Ms. Cynthia Jerry of New Image Foundation. Ms. Jerry has offered her support of the Bricks-n-Books Project and a willingness to assist us where possible.

Community Foundation of The Virgin Islands

On December 15, 2009, Sam Harrell met with Dee Baecher-Brown of the Community Foundation of the Virgin Islands. Mrs. Brown warmly provided useful insight into the inner-workings of the Vi and its public charities.

Under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, effective April 2008, National Bricks-n-Books Project, Inc. is now officially a non-profit organization.
