My name is Samuel C. Harrell; I am the founder and chairman of the National Bricks-n-Books Project (Bricks-n-Books™). In the turbulent 1960s, I too was an “at-risk” youth. Yet, by the Grace of God and because of my willingness to accept a challenge by stepping outside of the box when an opportunity came my way, I have had many rewarding and exciting life experiences. I founded Bricks-n-Books™ because of my desire to provide those important experiences to future generations.
